Jannett Keesling
Jannett Keesling is a trailblazing leader in workforce development with over 35 years of experience transforming challenges into opportunities. Her entrepreneurial journey began in Jamaica in 1983, where she and her husband, Gregg Keesling, launched a cultural tourism hotel.
After moving to the United States in 1996, Jannett founded Keys2Work, which has grown into the city’s largest alternative transitional staffing firm. In 2020, Keys2Work became a nonprofit organization and now operates as an employment social enterprise in Indianapolis. Under her leadership, the organization became dedicated to helping justice-involved citizens rebuild their lives through meaningful employment and industry-aligned skill development.

Personal Life
Beyond her professional achievements, Jannett is a devoted mother of three and a proud grandmother of seven. She continues to honor the memory of her son, Chancellor, who passed away while serving in the Iraq War. In her spare time, she is an avid traveler who enjoys exploring new cultures.
