Unlocking the Labor Force

A graduate of Indiana University, Glenn Johnson was a member of the Indiana Hoosiers football program before continuing his athletic career professionally in the NFL and Arena Football League from 2004 to 2012.

 

Following his retirement from professional football, Glenn joined Keys2Work in 2014 as Director of Business Development. Today, he serves as Executive Vice President, where he plays a key leadership role in expanding the organization’s employment-focused business model, developing strategic partnerships, and creating meaningful workforce opportunities for individuals facing barriers to employment.

 

Throughout his career, Glenn has remained committed to helping people improve their quality of life through employment, opportunity, accountability, and personal growth. His passion for service and community impact continues to guide his work as he helps individuals build pathways toward long-term stability and success.
